Las franjas Polaris (2) / The Polaris strips (2)

On Monday April 21 the City of Murcia reported that it had dismissed the appeal of the owners unhappy with the removing of the Polaris strips.

The City Council rejected also the request of compensation for alleged damages caused by the temporary suspension of works, due to they had begun without authorization.

El pasado lunes 21 de abril el Ayuntamiento de Murcia comunicó que había desestimado el recurso de alzada de los propietarios disconformes con la supresión de las franjas Polaris.

El Ayuntamiento también desestimaba la petición de una indemnización por supuestos perjuicios debidos a la paralización temporal de las obras, por haber comenzado estas sin autorización.
