Managing a resort that has 1864 apartments (like a small town) is complicated. That is why it is fair to award and to thank the Committee members (and to some non-Committee members) the time and effort that have devoted to Hacienda Riquelme. The task carried out by our managers (volunteers and non-paid) deserves even more recognising for the bigger responsibility and new difficulties arisen.
We have one of the best resorts in Murcia. To continue being so requires an increasing maintenance, a continuous work and a lot of expenses. Due to the economic crisis, started by the end of 2007, although suffered in Spain mainly from 2008, these expenses means a burden heavier than expected for many owners. We believe it is important to continue with a restrictive policy and a very strict administration.
We are all in the same boat /resort and the elected Committee in the forthcoming AGM will have our support, such as its predecessor did.

Gestionar un resort con 1864 apartamentos, una pequeña ciudad, es complicado. Por eso, es justo reconocer y agradecer a los miembros (y a algunos no miembros) del Comité el tiempo y esfuerzo que han dedicado a Hacienda Riquelme. La tarea de nuestros gestores (voluntarios y no retribuidos) es aún más de agradecer por la mayor responsabilidad y nuevas dificultades surgidas.
Tenemos uno de los mejores resorts de Murcia. Seguir siéndolo requiere un mantenimiento creciente, un trabajo continuo y muchos gastos. Con la crisis económica que comenzó a finales de 2007, aunque en España se notó sobre todo a partir de 2008, estos gastos constituyen para muchos una carga mayor de la esperada. Creemos importante continuar una política contenida en gastos y muy rigurosa en su administración.
Estamos todos en el mismo barco/resort y el Comité que salga elegido en la próxima AGM, al igual que el anterior, contará con nuestro apoyo.
